One of the most common possibilities to obtain this type of income and earn money from home without having to work is real estate investment. It involves buying one or several properties and renting them, charging a rent for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, to be able to do this, it is necessary to invest a significant amount of capital, which is not common to have, or acquire financing that not everyone is willing to assume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to obtain passive income with Urbanitae?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The leading real estate collective investment platform in Spain Urbanitae<\/a> has created another way to obtain passive income through real estate investment. She is not the only one who allows it. These projects were focused on the recovery of the capital invested by the users of the platform, within a period of between 1 and 3 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to make money from home with Urbanitae with its passive income projects?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With this new possibility, Urbanitae<\/a> allows you to invest in projects consisting of the purchase of real estate properties (commercial premises, offices or any other type of building). These properties currently have a creditworthy tenant or a contract to be occupied by one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this way, the rent that this solvent tenant will pay, once the property expenses (insurance, repairs, taxes, rates, expenses, services, etc.) have been deducted, will be distributed among the people who have invested and, therefore, are co-owners of said property. These people, therefore, will receive a monthly income.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the beginning of the financing project, a specific duration will be established for it. At the end of that period, which will normally be 5 years, the property will be sold. At that time, monthly passive income will no longer be collected, but the invested capital will be recovered, plus the capital gain generated by the increase in the value of the asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The profitability obtained by these projects is not as great as that of Urbanitae<\/a>‘s traditional new construction projects, which are around 16% annually (data according to the platform itself). However, they are around 4.5% annually, which is not a negligible figure for this type of investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
