Invest in crowdlending with Ecrowd Invest

Ecrowd Invest is a Spanish platform for investing in crowdfunding-type crowdlending that only finances projects that contribute something to society. I have been using it satisfactorily since 2014. Interest rates around 3.5-4% and ethical investment returns and long return terms of up to 8 years. Return on monthly investment capital + interest, relatively easy to reinvest the profits, as long as there are projects to finance. Urbanitae crowdlending referral code
This platform allows you to invest in real estate crowdlending. The good thing about these projects is that they promise high profitability, in relatively short terms (about 2 years). These are real estate developers who develop their projects with part of the financing through the platform. The profitability of the projects is 10-30%. Yes, interest up to 30%! I will tell you if this is really the case, when the high-profit projects that I have open on the platform are closed, back in the summer of 2023. Invest in crowdlending with Evenfi
Previously known as Criptalia, Evenfi allows you to invest in crowdlending in the form of crowdfunding and lend your money to companies. It is very similar to Ecrowd Invest. Investments for projects in Italy and Spain, which are published on the platform. Interest rates between 8-9%. Investment terms between 9 and 48 months. Various types of return on investment, predominating the bullet type (interest payment month by month and return of capital at the end of the total term). A sufficiently high number of projects to be financed.
It has relatively high competition for shares, which can mean that you can miss out on a loan if you are not quick. You can contribute capital on a recurring basis on a monthly basis, to save monthly. This option gives you preference when investing in new loans.
